Terms & Conditions
Please notify Becky if your child will be absent or go home with someone other than yourself or normal pick up.
All students must wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing suitable to move in and trainers or dance shoes.
Please bring a bottle of water to classes.
Students are not to bring items of significant value to the sessions. The Principal accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items while at Glow Performing Arts.
The Principal reserves the right to amend or alter fees and classes as and when necessary.
The number of lessons varies per Term, depending on Half Terms and School Holiday dates etc. Termly fees reflect the number of lessons.
Parents must notify Becky of any changes to contact or medical details.
Students may be asked to leave the school in the event of unreasonable behaviour. Any form of abuse will not be tolerated and dealt with promptly and sufficiently by the Principal.
We are unable to offer refunds, credits or extra lessons if lessons are missed due to pupil illness or for any other reason.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, epidemic, national crisis that the Director has no control over, fees cannot be returned or compensation made, however, the Director will do their best to offer alternative classes or arrangements.
Pupils may only withdraw from lessons at the end of a term. Written notice is required, to be received before the end of the relevant Term. Failure to do this will result in one Terms fees being charged in lieu of notice.
Any complaints should be made directly to Becky.
Students must be dropped off and collected punctually and by their pre-arranged adult. Any child that goes home alone must have prior permission and confirmation of permission if they do not usually. Persistent late collections risk being charged for staff's time.
Parents are not permitted to watch classes. All of our classes are drop off classes. We can guarantee there will be plenty of opportunities to watch your child perform throughout the year.
Our Images and footage taken by Glow Performing Arts Staff are used exclusively by Glow Performing Arts and for promotional, marketing and celebratory purposes only, and only with permission from the child’s parent/guardian. Glow Performing Arts operates a strict child protection policy and will never name students on social media or any other public material without the express permission of their parent/guardian.
We ask that any footage or photos taken by parents/guardians during Glow Performing Arts’ showings/demonstrations that include children other than their own are kept for personal use only and not be shared on social media.
